Emily's Purse

So for no reason at all my daughter is one girly girl. She loves jewelry, dresses, purses, and baby dolls. So Jason Lux's wife Jessica bought Emily her first purse. with it she gave emily some bracelets, chap stick, sunglasses and pennies. She loves to take out everything wear the sunglasses and bracelets and now she is even hiding her pacifiers in her purse, she is one funny girl.

Also just a little funny update. I am a little concerned about emily when Max comes along because the other day she was playing with her doll and she put her on the ground. She then went to the drawer and got out a diaper and then starts to slap the doll with diaper over and over again. I am hoping she will not do this with Max, but we shall see. Although she is super nice to it her doll sometimes to, she tries to put diapers on her and feed her and even lets her talk on her phone. I guess we shall see what october will bring.

Poor People's Toy

So we recently went to cost co and we put some of our groceries in a box and now it is Emily favorite toy. She especially loves it when Jason pushes her in the Kitchen. She will laugh forever. I on the other hand will not push her so she fills it up with our tupperware and brings it back and forth between the kitchen and living room. Or my personal favorite I pretend it is a basketball hoop and she is my re bounder.

Our little helper

So Emily really does love to help me with whatever I am doing. Her most recent thing is vacuuming she grabs the hose and pushes the vacuum with me, I keep telling myself if I let her help me she will eventually do this on her own.

Thunderstorms in Virginia

This year we have been having some crazy thunderstorms, but Emily and I have been trying to get out as much as we can in the rain because it is just fun to play in the rain.
Although because it started to lightning we had to come inside and Emily really hates going inside. She will scream and yell and try to runaway. She really does love being outdoors rain or a billion degrees Emily finds the need to bring me first her shoes than mine. After I put on her shoes she then takes my keys and hits the door until we play outdoors. I guess I wanted to like outside, but sometimes i just do not want to.

Postcard from Grammy and Papa

So I would like to sayour whole family received a postcard from Jason's parents, but only their favorite of our family did. It was addressed directly to Emily and told her about a castle they went and visited during one of their Pdays out on the mission. The castle is 700 years old.
