I am going to miss them

Just so we are aware I am going crazy thinking about leaving my kids everyday to go to work. This week was the first week where I have to be gone all week. So whenever I was home I took about a million pictures. Max lately has been obsessed with his stuffed bunny this magnetic bear Aunt Jeanine gave us, his penguin beanie baby, and cow baby. Everywhere he goes they go it is actually really frustrating sometimes. Max is almost two and he is talking pretty good he has foods he likes and foods he would rather not eat. His favorite dinner food by far is noodles and pizza. It is so fun to watch him Eat. Emily is becoming quite grown up she is doing so many more things on her own, she puts away her own laundry, she puts away her dish at dinner, she helps set the table. She loves to be helpful and love attention. On the flipped side of things when she is tired she is unbearable, she will scream and yell and do whatever she can to get you to cave. Then if all else fails she will tell you she is sick and cough. Got to love these kids. School starts Tuesday for me, Jason started on the 20th, so wish us both luck.

update

Overall we are getting ready for school to start. We are making our last trips to King Dominion getting my classroom ready and all that wonderful stuff. I really love my kids and I am sad to be going back to school, but I am also excited to see what this year will bring. Right now my kids are helping me get ready for my students. Max is growing up he is starting to be a little braver at King's Dominion we floated in Lazy River, played in the wave pool, he is even going down the waterslide. He is starting to ride in the car, he rode in Lucy's tugboat, but still hates the swings. Emily is also getting better and braver and starting to go into things with more confidence. It is fun to see how much they have grown over the summer.

Max Home Alone

Emily spent the night by herself for the first time a t Grammy's house. She was very excited and was able to use the bag Aunt Jeanine with the overnight stuff, she had a lot of fun. However, it was Max's first time being with out Emily for a long period of time. At first he was unsure of himself and id not know what he wanted to do, but we eventually figure out. We went to the library and the park. We played as much as we could we played in the rain, and with cars giving him that one on one attention he rarely gets.
What should I do next?

Louisa County Fair

Louisa County fair is one of my favorite things to do it makes me think of all the fairs I went to growing up. We went with Nan and Paul and there kids which makes it more fun for everyone. We had a blast at it this year. Jason and I participated we sawed a piece of wood with the double saw that they do in competition, we both participated in the hay bale competition. Emily went to the tea party with the queen, and Max ran the toddler trot. Max was also able to hold a baby chick it was awesome, he loved every second of it. I can't believe how fast he growing up. They both got balloons, were able to see all the animals, watch some cloggers, play in the corn box, make a craft, get a balloon, and other things I cannot remember. It is just nice to spend some time with family and not stress out.

Hi, now check out those goats

July 31 we celebrated Jason's birthday we did not do much cause it was also finals week, but it was still fun. Emily and Max made and decorated a cake for him, we rented a movie, and then we went out to eat. Overall I think he a had a good birthday. For his Birthday he got a bunch of gifts at the family reunion from his parents he got a tool from Lowes he has not picked one yet, and he also got a miter saw from me. Go future woodworking projects.
