Baby it's cold outside....hold up it is like 75

We have some super nice weather lately. So what did we do, we headed to the park and have been spending a lot of time outdoors. I love taking my kids to the park cause we pretend we have a pirate ship. It is fun to watch them get super excited, however I never know what to say when other kids ask if they can play to, Is that allowed? We are taking the nice weather and enjoying our family time outdoors.

Seeing Santa and the Christmas Parade

This year we were able to attend the Christmas Parade, it was so much fun. The kids were able to watch and see all the floats, dancers and bands. Then of course Santa came in on a fire truck which was super exciting too. The week after that we went and saw Santa. They were okay with him, but they were more interested in the cookies and candy they got.

Getting Ready for christmas

We made our first gingerbread house the kids had a lot of fun. They enjoyed figuring out where all the candy goes. Jason constructed it and the kids decorated it. We set up our tree the week after Thanksgiving break it was a little hectic, but they kids were way excited about hanging up all the decorations. This year they both knew what was going on so it was fun to see how excited they were.

Christmas Jammies

We had a blast going down to Florida for Thanksgiving. We left Tuesday after school and drove through the night. When I say we drove I mean Jason drove and I tried to keep kids somewhat entertained. Once we were there Jason took a cat nap while Max, Emily and I explored some of the local stores. I learned that there is a Natures Market Wal-mart, that was a new experience for me. Then we played at the playground near the beach house and then played on the beach. We finally were able to go into the beach house we showered changed, and napped that part was nice too. Soon everyone else arrived and the fun began. I loved seeing my family and getting to baby T. I am jealous that my sisters are able to see each other more often.
