The funny thing that has happened recently deals with me and keys. Max, Emily and I were outside working on the yard. Jason brought Calvin out so he could go suit shopping, then he left. Unknown to me I go to go inside about an hour later and the door is locked and I am keyless. I call Jason like 11 times, but he did not have service. So I call his Dad, Holly, Debbie and everyone I know finally getting a hold of Jason. He came home and opened the door. So I have been making fun of Jason for this one.
So then I decide to be a space cadet. I was at the parks and rec office signing Emily up for soccer. When I go back to the car I can't find my keys. We look everywhere. Finally we walk back to the office and there are my keys sitting on the shelf. I hate that I can be so forgetful sometimes especially with keys.
Max is doing well, he is obsessed with saying Stop in Bud and then laugh uncontrollably. He loves flip flops and short, and is obsessed with Bat man and Superman. He loves to wear goggles but only like to jump in but not to swim with is face in the water. He misses day care and talks about it often. HE loves to play pretend and make up crazy stuff today Emily and him were making up some crazy ice cream flavors, like pickles and onions.I love them.
Emily has learned the art of a pout. I hate it,but she knows how to push my buttons. She knows a lot of sight words, and is so happy for Kindergarten. She graduated from Pre-K before school got out she sang songs and looked adorable. Emily loves princesses, and fairies, and all things girly. She hates goggles but thinks she likes them so they are constantly on and off. Right now she wants to be a pet doctor. She is responsible little girl telling me she needs sunblock, and takes care of her brothers. I know that she is one awesome girl.

Calvin Cornelius
Calvin is 4 months old. He is such a lively fellow. He loves his brother and sister. He can roll from his back to his belly. He only likes oatmeal. He enjoys his formula bottles. More then anything he is a big boy. His had grew 4 1/2 cm since his last appointment. He is weighing in at 17 pounds (Emily weighed 17 pounds at like 10 months). I don't remember his height.
Saying Goodbye to Tom
This blog is along time coming. I have just had a hard time coping with the fact that he is really gone. Before Tom passed away we made a trip out to visit him and Aunt Sandra. It was hard to go with everything going on, but I don't regret making that trip at all. Even now Max still talks about Tom and Sandra.
It was amazing to watch my children feel what Tom needed and give someone to be honest they hardly knew Love and unconditional love at that. Emily would just go up and hug him, and Max would sit and listen to him tell all of his stories. This will be a memory for them forever.

Tom was the first one to get me a job in Virginia. Allowed me to stay in there house before Jason and I got married. He was kind, considerate, and wonderfully sarcastic. He also knew what to say when I was down to build up my self esteem. He was so kind to me even before he really knew me and I am grateful, for the time we were both in Virginia together, and the time we worked together and the love he gave me and my family while in Virginia and even after he moved away. I am going to miss the Christmas Eve conversations at Aunt Janets.
School is Out
Since we have been out of school, we have been playing at the park, walking, swimming and just trying to spend family time together.
