Grandma to visit

My mom came to visit for Emily Baptism. She arrived a few days after flat Stanley so we went on some adventures. After going to the wrong airport we picked her up and headed home. After things went a lot smoother. We read books went to the park, spotsylvania courthouse battlefield, purr putt, and to our favorite ice cream. While at home we read books laughed and tried the new games she have us. I am quite the fan of yartee.

Emily had a hard time When we dropped grandma off at the airport. She cried and cried. She loved having her here especially that they were roomies.

Emily Baptism

Between my lack of technology knowledge and laziness here it is my Emily is 8 and for baptized. We flew my mom out to be here. It worked out because it lined up with her spring break. We had so much fun the whole week before. However this was the high light. My mom helped make all the rice krispe treats and just make me not crazy. Lots of family and friends were there. We are grateful for all the support. When Emily got out of the water she turned and asked me. Did I do a good job? I think she will always remember this with all the love and hugs and even the cold water.

All is well here. Emily had a concert last Saturday where she sang and played the kazoo it was at a big multi school function about different cultures. We all had lots of fun doing different activities. Last Friday was story book character day and my kids dressed up as orange fairy and the mouse from if you give a mouse a cookie. Calvin was sick Sunday so we went to church without him. He has also been getting a lot of bloody noses. Emily had her it is great to be 8 yesterday and she is super excited to be baptized. Max is excited to try t ball this summer. Holly is breaking out of her shell and is talking more she told the cashier yesterday to have a nice day. Today has been fun we are getting some snow that should turn to rain so holly Calvin and I played in it before it went away. Max and Emily were at school.

We took Ralph home once with Emily she made her pinewood derby car 18th him. Max went on a scooter ride.
