State Fair, and 5K

Gleason showing everyone how it is done
We have been super busy. Yesterday was one crazy day it all stated at 6:00 we got up and headed to the fair ground for the food for 5k run. This is becoming quite the family tradition now, this year I invited my friend Gleason from work. She was so amazing at running she placed second in the women's division. I on the other hand was not last, so I call that a success. After we ran we worked on service projects we made puppets for STRONG FOR DOM and painted bleachers for the fair grounds.
We are some good looking folks

Emily and Max making their puppet ....Guess whose is whose?

Emily's is pink weird huh?

It was a blast and great opportunity for nonmembers to learn about our crazy religion. After that we headed home for nap time. Woke up and went to Luke's for his birthday party. Then after hanging out for an hour we headed to the State Fair, which is always fun. They made some changes from last year, but it was fun. The kids got to milk a "cow". Play in soybeans, try some different flavors of honey, and see a whole bunch of different animals We even saw some fish. We watched a fireman'
s show, and we saw someone make a sculpture with a chainsaw that was cool too. All in all it was fantastic, but busy day.
