Library Carnival

Yesterday we went to the library for their yearly carnival and it was soo much fun. We started off by having Emily read to the PAWS dogs here, she wanted to but didn't want to at the same time. She is so funny about animals now she is almost not afraid of them. PAWS dogs are therapy dogs for kids and they go around to the local schools, hospitals or even nursing homes and people read to them or just talk to them. After that we did some singing and reading, then we saw mother goose and then we played with a parachute. After that we headed we saw the Japanese Mom's Club and they made us a cool origami hat, and then we saw the other Mom's club and we made a butterfly out of scraps of paper, snack bag, and pipe cleaner. Then we decided to head outside to play some games. We started off by looking at the miniature horses, Emily mainly looks and doesn't do a lot of touching. Then we played plinko, and throw the sacks in the whole. Emily won one prize but she didn't deserve it the girl felt bad for her. Next we were able to see a big truck Max actually sat in it, but Emily was freaked out. Then we ate some Popsicles. Went back inside we went and looked at some cool train pictures, and talk to some gamers where Emily an awesome picture of Pikachu. After that we went to get Emily hand's painted, did some finger stamps, and then watched some Tae Kwon Do. Emily loved the Tae Kwon Do she was doing all the hi yas with them jumping up and down trying to kick like them. It was so funny she crouched down like some of the kids did when the other kids were supposed to jump over them she felt like they were going to jump over her. Overall it was a blast and I am glad we went, even though I did not win a door prize.
